The instructions were clearly written and installation was a breeze. This really helps when coming out of the Hardware store with heavy stuff to load in the bed of the truck. Almost everytime someone sees me drop the tailgate they cringe because they expect the "Bang", then they see how smoothly it lowers and want to know where they can get one.
